Drs. Sheridan, Edwards, French and Corso, and their staff maintain the highest levels of accreditation in their fields. They pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dentistry. They also actively participate in local dental societies and maintain a high level of respect among their colleagues and community.
Donald T. Sheridan, DDS
Dr. Sheridan graduated from Christian Brothers Academy and has lived in Syracuse all his life. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Siena College and attained his dental degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine.
Following graduation from dental school Dr. Sheridan spent four years in the Dental Corp of the US Navy before returning home to begin his private practice in general dentistry.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, the Fifth District Dental Society and the Onondaga County Dental Society. He is a past chairman of the Ethics Council of the New York State Dental Association and is presently a member of the Board of Regents for Dentistry for New York State.
Paul T. Edwards, DDS
Dr. Edwards graduated magna cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 1980. He received his dental degree from The Ohio State University in 1984. He then completed a one year general practice residency at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in Syracuse.
Dr. Edwards is a member of the American Dental Association, New York Dental Association, Onondaga County Dental Society and the Fifth District Dental Society. He is also on the Peer Review Committee for the Dental Society.
He resides in Jamesville, NY with his wife Maria and three sons. His personal interests include golfing, fishing and attending his sons' sporting events.
Gregory L. French, DMD
Dr. French graduated from Waterloo High School in 1977. He received a B. S. degree in Biology from Niagara University in 1981, and earned his D. M. D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in 1985.
Dr. French is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Fifth District Dental Society, and the Onondaga County Dental Society. He is also a member of the Syracuse Dental Study Club and is on the Peer Review Committee for the Fifth District Dental Society.
He also maintains a dental practice in Waterloo, NY.
Dr. French resides in Onondaga Hill with his wife Nancy, and his two sons Zachary and Andrew. He is active on the Board of Advisors for Niagara University and as president of Bellevue Country Club.
His personal interests include golfing, skiing and attending his sons sporting activities
Lawrence S. Corso II, DDS
Dr. Corso was born and raised in the Syracuse area. He attended Christian Brothers Academy then moved with his family to Florida where he graduated from Cape Coral High School in 1986. Upon returning to Syracuse, Dr. Corso did his undergraduate work at Syracuse University while working for the University full-time. He then graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine in 2000 and completed his General Practice Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in Syracuse. Dr. Corso was invited to join our practice in 2001, and also works with Dr. French at his Waterloo, NY office.
Community service is important to Dr. Corso and he volunteers at the St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center Dental Clinic where he works with the dental residents. At St. Joseph's Dr. Corso coordinates the dental implant program and works with the residents in all phases of implant dentistry.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Society, Onondaga County Dental Society and the Syracuse Dental Study Club. Dr. Corso is on the medical staff of St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center and Community General Hospital.
On a personal note, Dr. Corso has been married to his wife Lisa since 1996. They have one child, Daniel. When not in the office Dr. Corso enjoys, woodworking, many outdoor activities and other activities with his family.
